Chris Malanga, M.A., LPC, is an ICF Accredited (NYU) Professional Coach, combining over 15 years of clinical expertise as a Psychotherapist with his established brand as a Professional Coach with corporate clients across the United States.

 

Chris specializes in working with high-potential and emerging senior leaders with a focus on elevating organizational culture by developing mature, confident, and introspective leaders.  As a Psychotherapist and small business owner,  Chris developed one of the most successful private practices in the Philadelphia region, with a clinical focus on humanistic psychology and complex family systems.

 

Chris’ professional coaching practice blends his professional understanding of interpersonal dynamics and complex systems, with an evidence-based approach to Professional Coaching honed during his education at New York University.

Chris is aware, more than most, about the level of vulnerability and courage necessary for professional development at the organizational level. Many of his clients report that Chris’ integrity and humor, coupled with a straightforward, judgment-free approach, separates him from his peers. Chris’ unique ability to quickly build trust and rapport with leaders earns him the respect necessary to do game-changing work.

 

Chris lives in the suburbs of Philadelphia with his wife, Carrie, and their two children, Sierra and Braeden. Chris’ passions outside of the workspace are Basketball, Golf, and coaching his children’s sports teams.
